Where to fish in Malaysia / Selangor / Crocodile Farm, Subang Jaya.

Infested. One word that describes the Toman population there. However having said that these fishes are a tough crowd to please. Aggressive and arrogant i did manage to get a strike this morning. However that was only it. Just a strike. Nothing more. After that they just kept on surfacing and diving as though they were getting at your nerves.

Tip#

I used a “KAERU” to get my strike.

In one sentence i would say that the crocodile farm “Is an urban anglers paradise.” Having said that i’d recommend you have a whole day ready to fish here. It doesn’t cost anything. Its just that the bastards don’t seem to want to bite your baits or lures. I am not kidding.

There were four other chaps with me this morning there and they used a cocktail of baits but to no avail.

Some might argue that there are less fish there. That is wrong because you’d be able to see the bastards surfacing and sinking. The whole day!

The lake that i normally cast in

Do take note that there are altogether three lakes in the crocodile farm. A huge boring one, a small fun sized one and one that is connected to the pomp gated part of SJ.

Concentrate on the fun sized one. The rest are rubbish, trust me. The fun sized one has a good mix of predatory fishes if you’re planning to do casting.

I got my strike this morning, remember?

Here are more pics of the lakes for you to enjoy.

This one is the big boring one.

Almost no activity at all.

Its quite simple to get here.

From the federal climb on to the Subang Jaya exit.

Turn left at the traffic lights where SJMC (SDMC) is. Still no idea? The hospital where Mother Mary appeared?

Once you’re on the road head down till you see a sign board that reads crocodile farm. You’re well on you’re way from there.

Do have fun!

Ta.
